Sometimes even mom and dad need a night off, and Jessica Alba and her hubby Cash Warren indulged in a little post-Christmas night on the town in Hollywood on December 29, starting by sharing cocktails at Bardot before heading to Crown Bar late night. Jess looked pretty (literally) hot in her favorite silver hoops (try Michele Michel’s unique take on the classic hoop, Onyx Hoop Earrings in Silver) with a cozy black scarf, sexy cropped leather jacket (very similar to Gold Hawk’s Ribbed Motorcycle Jacket in Black), shimmery gray shirt (try something that catches the light to balance the black, like Zoa’s Twist Ruffle Front Tunic Dress in Silver Grey) and comfy black leggings.

I have to comment on Jessica’s adorable bow booties - so cute! What do you think of the ankle boot trend – yay or nay? Jessica was all smiles as she exited Bardot after a night of dancing, holding hands with her hubby as she walked the mini red carpet exit. I’m loving the girly little braids, even if they are a little messy, but let’s just assume this is what they looked like after Jess spent a few hours on the dance floor! Have any of you tried out this hairstyle when you go out? It’s a good thing Jessica had a night to get away with her man, because she has a busy year ahead of her.

Jess will be appearing in 3 new movies in 2009: An Invisible Sign of My Own, The Killer Inside Me, and Sin City 2. I can’t imagine all the promotional activities accompanying three projects in such a short span of time, but I am excited about Sin City coming to the big screen again. Are you interested in seeing any of the above movies? If you’d rather stay at home, catch Ms. Alba on “The Office” in early Feb, on a special Super Bowl episode. Even if you’re not a fan of Jess, there’s always Steve Carell!
